WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

For orders from Ghaziabad and Noida, Petstreet’s delivery agents or store owners will deliver the products from your nearby stores.

For orders from the rest of the country, we have tie ups with multiple courier agencies to provide you with the most efficient delivery service.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

For orders from Ghaziabad and Noida, our store owners try their best to deliver your order as promptly as they can. The duration can range from 1 hour to 24 hours.


For orders from the rest of the country, it usually takes 3-4 business days. It may get delayed due to external factors like COVID19, unavailability of the product,e tc. The maximum delay time is 10 business days.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, as of now, we do not ship internationally.


What are the shipping charges?

There are no shipping charges for orders above 999 INR. For orders below the minimum amount, there is a flat shipping rate of 149 INR.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major payment methods like debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, BHIM UPI, PayTM.

We do not provide cash on delivery.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

We understand your concern for quality & authenticity when it comes to shopping for pets online, but Petstreet is committed to provide you with 100% authentic products. The biggest guarantee that we can give our clients is that Petstreet is a family business which survives and thrives on customer satisfaction and trust and hence, we will never intentionally provide you with a bad/expired/damaged product. can i pay after delivery?

This payment method is only available for local deliveries which are done by Petstreet delivery agents. For this method, you need to take a screenshot of your cart and send it to us via Whatsapp or Facebook messenger. The nearest store to you will contact you and further coordinate with you.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be emailed a tracking number for your order as soon as your order has been dispatched from our stores. If, for any reason, the tracking number doesn’t work, you may contact us on woof@petstreet.in or you can call any of the store owners to know the update of your order. Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

how can i return a product?

To request a return or exchange, you need to send us an email to woof@petstreet.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will further coordinate with you.


If you live nearby any of our stores in Ghaziabad & Noida, you can visit the store with the product and invoice to get it exchanged or returned. The store owners will check for any damages and process your exchange/refund either instantly or within 24 hours.


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Products can only be canceled before dispatch. Once a parcel has been dispatched, you will be required to receive the order and then follow the return procedure.


How is a return/refund processed?

After you send us an email, our team will take you through the process. You will be asked to courier the product to us. The courier charge will be sent back to you within two days of receiving the parcel. However, the exchange/refund will only be processed if the product received is undamaged, unopened, unused and/or in perfect condition.
